Two arrested for not following quarantine orders

The EOC Task force arrested two individuals on Wednesday for violating their COVID-19 quarantine. Maverick County Judge David Saucedo had reported that he had signed two arrest warrants on Tuesday in relation to Quarantine orders. Both subjects were detained on Wednesday and are now facing criminal charges for not adhering to legal orders after testing positive for COVID-19. Those individuals had to self-quarantine for up to two weeks which they did not abide by. In the past two weeks another Individual was arrested for not following quarantine orders as well. Maverick County Judge David Saucedo urges those individuals under quarantine to follow the orders given to them. He adds that he will not hesitate and issue out warrants of arrest to those who do not abide by the orders set. “My main concern is to keep our community safe,” states Judge Saucedo.
