Juvenile flees and resists arrest after disturbance

Eagle Pass Police Department Public Information officer Humberto Garza Jr. Reported that EPPD officers responded to an emergency call regarding a disturbance involving a female juvenile on Monday, December 10, 2018 at around 10:18 p.m. at the intersection of Bibb Street and El Indio Highway.

Garza stated that as officers were arriving at the scene they witnessed a female fleeing the area and proceeded to give chase and were able to catch up to the female juvenile. She then resisted but officers were able to detain her and take her into custody.

The female juvenile was then taken to the Eagle Pass Police Department where she was processed and later released to the custody of her mother.
