Eagle Pass Eagles prepare to head into 2017 Football season

Friday Night Lights is close to 8 weeks away across the State of Texas including in Eagle Pass where the community love the game of football. Schedules for the School districts football season have been made available and the Eagle Pass High School Eagles football team will begin their regular season traveling on Friday, September 1st.

The Team will go against the Medina Valley High School Panthers at 7:30 pm In Castroville, Texas. The following week the Eagles will host the seasons first home game where they will Play the Laredo Cigarroa High School Toros and hold parents night as well. This game will be held on September 8th at 7:30 pm.


The Eagles will play C.C Winn High School on September 15th with the game beginning at 7:30 pm The Eagles will play at home on Friday, September 22nd, against the Laredo Alexander High School Bulldogs at 7:30 pm.. On Thursday, September 28th the Eagles play out of town in Laredo, Texas where they will go against Laredo LBJ High School Wolves. Game time will be at 7:00 pm at Laredo United ISD Student Activity Complex.

The team will travel during Friday, October 13th, to battle the San Antonio South San High School Bobcats with kick off designated at 7:30 pm. The Eagles will play the Laredo United South High School Panthers at 7:00 pm in Laredo, Texas on Thursday, October 19th. On Friday, October 27th, the Eagles will celebrate Homecoming against the Laredo United High School Longhorns at 7:30 pm in Eagle Pass.

The Eagles begin to wind down the regular season on Thursday,November 2nd, as they play the San Antonio Southwest High School Dragons at 7:30 pm in Eagle Pass. The last game will be on Friday November 10th against Del Rio High School Rams at 7:30 pm. in Del Rio.
